Valentine's Day 4 milers of Love

COVID-19, “ The Rona Era”

Today is Valentine’s Day and it is also track Tuesday. Unfortunately I had a dentist appointment at 7 a.m. which I made over six months ago. Before I knew I would be on a Track Tuesday with the Heartbreakers rotation. Ugh. I will miss my team red. Instead of not doing anything, I ran 4 miles on my own before my appointment. Running, dentist, and teaching today. Very busy. I also got another surprise on this day. My period decided that she would show up while I ran. Always the adventure.
