Post Nor' easter Running
COVID-19, “The Rona Era”
Saturday was the Nor’easter with the start of rain before the snowstorm. This crazy weather lasted all day. There was no going out and no running. It was good to stay inside and just relax. This morning the storm is gone . 32 degrees and a clear sky seemed reasonable for running. At 7 a.m. I hit the pavement towards the Tri-Community Greenway. No one was out and I had the greenway to myself. I had to be careful because there was still snow and ice on the path. Also, the snow was melting, so I had to be careful not to slip and run on ice.
The sky was just beautiful with the snow reflection. The only down side of this run was not wearing gloves. Otherwise all my body parts were layered and warm. Some parts of the trail I decided to walk because it seemed icy. At one point I stopped and walked because my dad called me. We talked and walked the greenway together. 4.74 a.m. miles of body movement.
