Track Tuesday: Solo Red Pacer
COVID-19, “ The Rona Era”
This Track Tuesday, I’m pacing solo. MB is coming back from London today. Luckily, this workout is easy. 20-24 , 200s with 45 sec break in between. Each set is at a 10k, 5k, 5k, and 1 mile pace . I made sure to do all my knee pre-treatments before we ran. Team Red will do 5 sets to get us to 20.
It was fun. 200s are always a crowd favorite. It worked well with my knee. It was fun and the time went by fast.
