Finished long run miles
COVID-19, “ The Rona Era”
Yesterday was a hot humid soupy mess. I did what I could. What I could do was a 10k. It was getting late and hotter and I had work to do. Today, Sunday, I ran 2 miles. The “ long run” for marathon training this weekend is 7 miles. I got 8 done in 24 hours. I’m still winning. And oh… This morning was lovely. It was a cool 74 degrees. Completely different than yesterday.
I do need to work on nutrition and resting today. Definitely need to eat more so I won’t feel tired. 16 miles completed in week 1 of training. We’ll see how this week will be. Especially since I’ll be traveling.
