Monday greetings of the Moon and Sun
COVID-19, “The Rona Era”
We are already half way into August. I remember August 1st but that seems like “ forever ago.” This week starts week #4 post surgery recovery. Walking and no running until after week 6.
The goal this week is to walk 4 miles everyday. Not just walk more miles but walk at a quicker pace then the previous weeks. This morning it was perfect. I have to be honest. I had the heat on in my car as I drove to Assembly row. It was 62 degrees out( perfect) but it was chilly. No complaints, just making a comment.
at 5:45a.m. I started my walk. This time I walked towards Charlestown and Everett instead of walking towards medford. I’m mixing it up.
I loved seeing the colors of the sky and the sun slowly starting to rise above the clouds. My left side was the sun. To my right, was the moon. She was still there. She was bright and high in the sky. I assume getting ready to make her departure. There I was in the middle of it all.
It was a crisp and cool morning and I kept this body moving. I walked to Bunker Hill Community College which is 2 miles from Assembly row and back. All the urban feels of morning traffic was all around.
Good way to kick off Monday
