COVID-19, “The Rona Era”

45 degrees out. Yup, Fall is here. I’ve taken the last couple of days off. Yesterday I had pelvic PT, so I’m feeling good and ready to hit the pavement. This morning, I left my house at 6a.m., it was still dark, of course. I ran in my neighborhood. I passed the park, many city streets, T station, traffic, and Constitutional Beach. There were so many things to see as I hit the pavement and collected miles.

My pelvic floor felt fine. On scale of 1-10, the pain was a 1. Normally it’s a 2. That was good. I just ran at a comfortable pass to feel at my body and my stride. I had on my hat, jacket, and headlight. I took the jacket off and wrapped it around my waste because I got hot. It wasn’t as cold as I thought. I need to start wearing the proper fall/winter running gear.
