Snowy, warm, Wednesday
COVID-19, “The Rona Era”
It still is winter and January. Thou, January has been a mild winter. I think the last time we had snow like this was in December. It’s too warm for the snow to fully stick. This morning I decided to mix up my Wednesday route. I didn’t want to run a 10k because I didn’t know the status of the roads or sidewalks…slippery, black ice, slushy..? I decided to do 30 minutes of Chloe Ting body shred and then I ran for 1.20 miles. I ran around the East Boston Harborwalk which was not clear of snow. But I could still run on it and not slip.
I saw a couple of people out walking their dogs or just walking alone. When I went for the mile run it was 7 a.m., when daylight hit. Hopefully tomorrow I’ll get a 10k in. Glad to move my body this morning.
