Last Trackworkout of August

COVID-19 “The Rona Era”

I know I need to move. I feel like I was doing more sitting than usual yesterday. I know if I’m physically strong, I will be mentally strong for the semester, which will be needed. I’m thinking I might have to start strength training to give myself something more besides running. I just don’t want to pay for class. I need the motivation of a class to do it and do it correctly, UGH! First world problems.

Today’s trackworkout was a mashup. I ran for 2 miles and ran/walk for 1. In between the runs I did a plank, push ups, and walked up and down all the stadium steps.

What I noticed while doing all of this, the stalker geese don’t do trackworkouts. I did not see a single one. And I saw that many people like to exercise, drink, and mask as well. It’s good to get insights on these things.

Despite the 5:55a.m. running, the humidity and sweat I experience was just stupid.

I’m just glad to get my body moving and all kinds of ways during the Rona.
