Sunday, wet run day
COVID-19, aka The Rona Era
I would normally run and then get ready to go to church. That clearly isn’t going to happen. I can still run. It’s raining outside. Normally when it rains I wouldn’t even bother to think about running. Normal is “ not” anymore. I need to go outside everyday to run or walk. I have to have movement. To be honest I feel like a dog that has to go outside and walk myself. :).
When I looked outside there was a light drizzle and it was cold. I put on my Black Girls Run hat and my rain jacket and went out the door. It was very foggy out. I couldn’t even see the city skyline. I planned on doing a long 10 mile run. I wasn’t feeling it. 3.71 miles worked just fine for me. That was my spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional health.
