16 miles this week- Most miles this year
I ran 16 miles last week. This is the most miles I run in 2020. So glad to have the miles that I did this week and to feel better and stronger with the knee. Today, Sunday, I planned to run four miles to kick of the last week of February’s training. Today is going to be a global warming, warm day of 40 degrees. My plan was to kick of the morning with a beach run. My phone died on me. No excuse, but that killed my mood and tracking. I managed to get 1.58 miles today. Which means I need to be mindful of getting 15 miles throughout the rest of the week.
