3 miles for Track Tuesday

This equals day three of running. Whoot- Whoot! Tomorrow I will rest. Today was a great Track Tuesday. We did a lot of 800s( running around the track 4 times). I was worried about the long continuous run on my knee but it was fine. Actually I need to start building up that strength. I took two breaks, which was great. Then I did 5 stride runs, which are mini sprints and my knee lasted. I need to get K-tape to stabilize my knee. The squats and other exercises are working. I need to keep doing them twice a day because it’s helping.

Building up to that 10k a.m. humpday run. :)
