If I wasn’t tired and still working on my “ comeback” I would have run for two hours, twenty minutes, and twenty seconds. That didn’t happen. Today is Treadmill Thursday. I did run 4.35 miles. Which to date, is the longest run I’ve had post Hoffa Fat Pad impingement. We did a ladder of progression with speed and hills. We worked our way up to the hill and then worked it in reverse down the hill. i was running strides at a fast past , then I would jog, and work, and do it again.
I noticed I need to build the cardio back up. This is why I train.
