10k a.m. Friday
COVID-19, “The Rona Era”
I am not good with my 10k a.m. humpdays.Wednesday nothing happened. I did do 30 minutes of training with chloe ting. She makes me sweat more than when I run. I did do something to move my body but I didn’t run. Friday has to be my 10k a.m. run. I have a state wide meeting and my students are working on their research projects. So I don’t have to rush.
To mix things up, I ran along the seaport area in downtown Boston. I ran from the seaport, financial district, greenway, Charlestown, and through the north end for my 6.12 loop.
This area was busy, it was nice to be in the heart of the city. This run told me that I need to start running longer miles to build up the endurance.
