Conditioning Club Thursday
Early this morning I saw an acupuncturist for the for this. He did an overall assessment of my health , body, and knee pain. I’ll see him again on Saturday for the full workout. In the meantime to strengthen those muscles, I went to conditioning club at The Cal-Zone. There were 10 stations and we worked each station for 60 seconds. We did three rounds of this. The ladies are all so funny. Conversation today ranged from food and all the injuries children, family members, or they experienced themselves. Just the perfect working out conversation. :).
Today I felt stronger than last week. I would ride the stationary bike without pain and I couldn’t do that before.
Moving forward, making progress and sweat happen
