Miles and Body Conditioning : Saturday
COVID-19, “The Rona Era”
I still trying to figure out my marathon training schedule. Big Sur sent a 16 week training plan, and the Hal Higdon: Marathon Novice two has 18 weeks of training. Add to that 5 days in Iowa when it will be under 10 degrees and two days of negative degrees. So my ass is not running. I’m slowly trying to increase my miles and strength training.
Today I ran/walked two miles on the treadmill with an include and then body conditioning class at the Y. To be honest, when we get back on the 27th of December, I can fully commit to training weeks.
Right now, I’m on my period and I have a head cold. And there are final exams to listen to. Oh the reality o life and training. I did sleep in and rest and I moved my body. So it’s a win.
