Track Tuesday
I’ve missed the last two track Tuesdays because I was traveling to and from Alaska. This week was a quick run. 12- 200s. I now know what that means. LOL. We would run 200, rest 30 seconds and repeat. 12 times. I wore my anchorage rest shirt to mark the “comeback”. I was sad that coach Dan wasn’t there because I wanted to chat with him about a BGR and Heartbreakrunner collaboration.
The weather and run were just right.
