Foggy, Cloudy, and Cocky

Somehow this morning I thought was Friday, it’s Thursday but Friday was in my head. I didn’t want to over run today because the Road to Wellness running clinic is tomorrow( because I thought today was Friday and tomorrow would be Saturday). Today was a short 2.25 mile run on a Thursday. LOL. Hot mess!

I even posted a facebook live in the Black Girls Run Boston page and I kept telling everyone it was Friday. Luckily, the ladies let me know it was Thursday.

Ugh, that aside this was a good morning to run. Cool, foggy, and nice. It’s always beautiful to see the foggy covering the city skyline. Plus there was no one out running, which I like the most. Just me and the city. Thou when I ran through the shipyard there were several men leaving their boats to go to work. That was something that I hadn’t seen before, the men who live on the boats. Normally if I run through the shipyard I see boats and no people. I wonder if any women live on those boats too- side note.

All in all, it was a good moving the body Thursday
