Lucky 10k a.m. run
The last 10k a.m. humpday of June. I didn’t want to run this morning because the struggle is always real. Because it was the last wednesday I told myself to get out and run at least a mile.
When I started on my running muggy journey I got a nice surprise…money! I was about half a mile in when I looked down and saw money on the ground. The money was wet and folded from the rain last night. I was thinking it was a dollar. When I unraveled the money I saw it was $5. Whoo- Whoo. There was no one around at 5:20a.m. to claim it, so I did.
I continued on my run wondering what other surprised I might encounter. There were many people out going to work and running. I ran to the beach and the sand was clean and nice. I didn’t find any money in the sand but I looked. My surprise was the nice coolness of the morning because it was getting muggy.
Then I continued on the East Boston Greenway and saw all the nature things, birds, rabbits, flowers, greenery and more. Oh nature.
All of this in a 6 mile stretch. Have to love to running adventures because it’s always different
