Treadmill stride
Still working on the baseline. Last time, well my first time of doing the Deerfoot Treadmill workout, I was in pain. I kept going but it was uncomfortable. This time, I made sure to take an aleve( 2) before I went. I could function and function well. I made it for all 45 minutes of varies inclines and speeds. I was making sure not to over do it. It felt good until I stopped. Damn it! Later on today I’m going to PT. The road to recovery is long. I want to make sure not to be a pill pusher and have to take them every time before a treadmill workout.
One thing I’m going to work o.n is food. There are foods I need to eat( and not eat) that will help with the inflammation. I’m going to start doing that to see what happens.
That aside, I felt good running and getting my baseline groove on. My gift to myself is to listen to my body, be patient, and be patient. 4 miles complete today
