misty and snow free Monday

36 degrees for Monday’s a.m. equals excitement. It was rainy and misty out but there wasn’t any snow. I am counting my blessings that it is too warm out. I wanted to test out my legs since I had to take an advil after getting a massage done. What I noticed was the lack of pain until about mile two. I’ll make sure to let the doctor know about this.

My goal was a 5k but I ran 4.01 miles this morning. Keeping the week goal of running 20 miles hopefully.
