Lobster run

Since 10k a.m humpday didn’t happen yesterday, I made it happen today. Still not sure if this is fall or summer weather yet. All I know is that this was another good morning day run. Rain is coming because it was misty and foggy this morning. I was running with all the truckers and construction workers this morning. My route for this run was in “ trucker and construction worker” territory.

I’m trying to get myself ready for the back to back in 9 days. My run was good this morning. We’ll see, we’ll see
