Good Morning Fall. Happy First Day... BE HER
It's officially official. Today is the first day of Fall 2017. She's starting off very rainy, windy, and 60 degrees of " I'm here". We are feeling the impact still of Hurricane Jose. Luckily for us, this is as bad as it gets as he moves eastward toward the sea. When I left the house at 5am it was a light drizzle. I thought, it will be fine because I had to get a 10k in. As I continued to run in the morning's dark, the rain and wind picked up. I was already committed and was not turning back.
The day of rest I had on Thursday, made the run easy and comfortable. At 3.50 miles I stopped at a sign that said Be( with a picture of a BEE) here. As I looked it, i. t translated to me "Be HER". I wanted to capture that. Be whatever kind of "HER" you want to BE.
The HER I was this morning was ran 7.11 miles in the rain because I wasn't going to let the weather stop my am running flow
This is how we start Fall
