Wake up Shake up
Humpday = 5:20am with my Cal-Zone morning working crew. With the new academic season, I can only do weight class in the morning. I love getting the workouts done in the am because they your day is started. This am we did 4 sets of many things...weights, planks, burpees, high knees, mountain climbers, biceps, triceps, push-upscore workout..working with disc...whews.....
Running is one kind of exercise and movement. Doing the wake-up -Shake up, I realize where my strengths are andwhat I need to improve to be stronger.
Besides that, I love seeing my crew! Because we are all here at 5...something in the morning. That alone is motivation because I'm not the only one.
This week's workout was extra good because on Saturday I'm participating with team Cal-Zone for the Pulling for Hope for Cancer. I'll be pulling a plane with the CZ to support Cancer Research.
With the rain and windy of Hurricane Jose, this was a great day to workout
