Good Friday am run....The world is ours

Dang its cold out again, so forgot about wearing shorts this am. I only passed two male runners on this Good Friday am run. Otherwise it was just me. I planned on running9 miles but I ran 7. I think the two glasses of red wine might have contribute to the reduction in miles and oddly enough a quicker pace,  hmmmmm. go figure.

My running pace was balanced by Nas telling me that " the world is yours". I felt an extra step of empowerment especially after last nights' earth day award ceremony and my friend and Executive Director of ACE( alternatives for Community and Environment) received. I know the students( as well as myself) was inspired by her speech and the move of environmental justice.
