Super Sunday: Supporting Science, Facts, Cancer Reserach, Beverage Industry

I ran 5 miles for Super Sunday with my Black Girls Run (BGR) sole sisters. Several of them participated in the Winter Warrior Challenge and ran/walked at least 1/2 miles everyday in January.  To celebrate and support them, I went.  Plus the monies supported cancer research.

To run with my crew was so much fun and so supportive. It was great to see everyone in person. We communicate via our facebook page. Some of the ladies are ableto get together on a regular bases. This way we could all support and see each other.
