George Michael in my ear

The salt the sugar, the wine of December 25 was great but its time to get it back on track.  It was a lovely 27 degree morning to get up and run with the sun coming up. Today was also adouble workout day. I started off with a light 4.71 mile run in 27 degrees then off to The Cal-Zone for Zumba Strong class. My motivation is to get ready for state #22 and running alone will not do it.

Also today, I had the George Michael station playing in my ear. Last night I(we) found out that George Michael died at the age of 53. Another amazing artist and someone that was apart of childhood gone.

I want to know who's next before the year is over. Prince, David Bowie,  and now George. 7 days until this year is done
