Tis the Run before Christmas

Saturdays I try to get a long run in. This Saturday was Christmas Eve. I wanted to make this Saturday's long run special. I drove and parked on memorial drive in front of MIT to start my run. This time I would run in Cambridge and then cross over to Boston and back to Cambridge again

As I was running, it was dark and quiet, which isn't a real shock. I was shocked to see men running in shorts along the Charles. The men looked liked hardcore runners.

Then I also saw some ladies running and doing their thing along with a couple that I passed twice. My goal was to run 10 miles but I ran 7.63. I covered a lot of ground and places in that time. From passing the Cambridge side Galleria, Museum of Science, Charles River Esplanade, Harvard University, and MIT. - Such a densely packed city yet a wonderful 7.63 mile tour. No complaints :)
