53 degree Winter Beach Run

It's 56degrees out on December 27th...so an Am Beach run was in order! This morning it felt like summer but not. I had on too much clothing and the windy breeze was sweet and refreshing. Simply crazy weather. There was a bit of rain but it didn't long. Later on in the morning run it got super windy. Windy to the point of sand was blown in my hair and it felt like resistance training because the wind was so strong.  I still managed to get a 10k run in.

The only other running face I saw was a young lady who smiled and at me as she ran by. Otherwise it was just me running along the beach with some summer time rump shaking music in my hear.

So if people don't think Global Warming or Climate Change is real.....then I want what they are smoking.
