Friday's strentgh training
COVID-19, “ The Rona Era”
This morning it’s all about my body. One mile run, then strength and conditioning training at the Y, followed by acupuncture. For the last couple of days I rested my knee, my legs. I have to remember not to over train and there are 14 weeks left to go. I realize my body has to ease into increased miles. I trained for 12 weeks last year for Boston and I was seeing a Pelvic Floor PT. I really need to be religious about my stretching and core workout.
My main goal is to be healthy and injury free. And then finish a marathon in under 5 hours. That is all.
