COVID-19, “ The Rona Era”

It’s Friday. The first Friday in August. The countdown to the start of the fall semester has started. My August calendar is starting to get busy with meetings and appointments. Oh joy. I’m am happy that today is ending week 2 of post surgery recovery. I’m not as soar as I was better. It’s getting better. I might up the mileage and start some stretching next week.

Today is going to be a heatwave. I needed to get up and out this morning while it was still cool at 77 degrees. I walked on the East Boston Harborwalk, through the Shipyard, Pier’s Park, and back to my street. I think I picked up my pace a bit this morning as I was chasing after the sun.

I love the quiet of the morning and seeing the sun. I had a moment to think and breathe before getting my day going. All I can do is keep moving and grooving.
