Friday Sunrise Beach Walk

COVID-19, “ The Rona Era”

Today starts week 5 of post surgery recovery! I’m almost to the homestretch. I wanted to mark this milestone with a beach walk. The last couple of days have been faux fall in boston. Summer is back. The 69 degrees of cool this morning will not last the rest of the day. So I had to take advantage.

The sunrise did not disappoint. I arrived on the beach around 5:45a.m. Sunrise isn’t until 6 a.m. I remember when it was at 5 a.m. The sky was full of reds and yellows and then pinks and blues. The sunrise was on point this morning. Everyone was on the beach waiting to see the sunrise. I started walking on the sidewalk next to the beach. Then I decided I was going to walk on the beach to be closer to the sunrise, the sound of the water, and to see the sea shells.

This was a perfect beach morning. 4 miles on the beach was accomplished.
