Morning Hots
COVID-19, “The Rona Era”
It’s not even 6 a.m. and it’s already 78 degrees. I know it’s summer but damn. I’m not going to get up at 4 a.m. to go walking/running. 5:35a.m., right now is my morning point. This is good. I can walk early and then start writing early.
This morning, before 6 a.m., a lot of people were on the track. I think most people were trying to take advantage of the “ cool” air. Runners, walkers, cross-fitters. Many folks were running the stadium steps as well.
I kept my walking around the track for a couple of miles before I went up the stadium steps myself. The sweat was coming down my face. I still kept walking despite my “groin” annoyance and checked in 4.23 miles this morning.
