Sunday a.m. running
I can’t remember the last time I ran outside. It might have been in January. It’s time to start running. The acupuncturist suggested I run for a minute and walk for two minutes to start. Still building the muscle around my knee before the endurance training. I started of running and I kept going. Then I remembered and stopped myself. Listen. Be Patience. Don’t get overly excited.
My goal was a 5k this morning. I ran, walked, and mostly ran. My leg and body felt great. I noticed I need to work on my cardio because I got tired. I ran the 5k in 35 minutes, which is so much better than Feb. 2nd’s Super Sunday 5k. I’m improving from my baseline. Yay to me. :)
Today’s run was also fitting because the man in the white house is deploying border patrols to sanctuary cities, Boston being one of them. To see this message was the extra inspiration needed to keep on running
