A different kind of Tuesday
COVID-19, ‘The Rona Era”
It’s going to be 70 degrees together. Summer is still hanging around visiting Fall. I can’t believe it has been a week since last Tuesday’s historic election day. Even though, election day was a week ago, we didn’t know the results until Saturday. It was a long four days of waiting, lack of sleep, and feeling anxious. I’m glad I was able to run while we all waited to burn off some of the crazy.
Today, trackworkout Tuesday, there was no one on the track. It seemed like there was no one around this morning. The leaves on the trees are still falling and turning color. I felt strong with a really good stride this morning. Compared to last Tuesday, I feel hopeful about things. Hopeful about running my races again.
Because of the bat shit crazy at work I ran 3.60 miles, which is more than yesterday. I wish I had done 4. I should up gotten up earlier but that didn’t happen. Still moving , smiling, and sweating
