Time for the headlight?

Today is the first day back at school. The first day of class is tomorrow. Today is filled with a lot of meetings and final class prep. It’s extremely important to get the a.m. run’s now that I am back in season. I was out of the door by 5.a.m. and it was still dark. I couldn’t believe how dark it was. The summer morning light is no longer. Fall doesn’t officially start until Sept. 23rd but it already feels like it. I ran 4.06 miles so that I can think, breathe, and take a me moment because I know the semester will be nonstop.
