Track Tuesday
Back on the track for Track Tuesday at MIT with the Hearbreakers Running club. Today was perfect because it was 57 degrees of coolness unlike 91 degrees of Atlanta. Today’s workout was geared towards being faster. Part of the training is the mindset too. Think about running at a 5k pace, 10kpace, then going as fast as you can for the final mile. It’s a great way to practice and to get faster and stronger
