Feeling those inclines and speeds

One more treadmill Thursday after this! I can’t believe it. The workout went fast. I felt that my body now knows what’s going on. It was a good and strong workout out. Even my recovery has gotten better. Overall I’m feeling good and strong. I appreciate all the training and coaching that I have had through this process.
