Moved to the blue #tracktuesday

Yet another Tuesday to run on the track and with some track numbers . :) We did

1200 @ Half Marathon

800 @ 10K

400 @ 5K

200 @ 5K

200 @ 5K

400 @ 5K

800 @ 10K

1200 @ Half Marathon

And I moved to the Blue group. Last week my experience with them was short because I had to catch a plane to Cincinnati. Today, I was in it for the whole time. A couple of former red members had joined team blue too.

Added bonus of the morning, two Black Girl Run ladies came to the track workout. It was good.

One member of the group wanted us to have a running pace that would put us under 2 hours for a half marathon. We all agreed and ran faster than normal to try to get to that half marathon pace.

I didn’t feel tire at all. Running in a pack helped me to keep pace. I was able to pace myself.

Overall we ran 4.5 miles today. It didn’t seem like it, thought it was longer. I’m trying to get myself ready to run 20 miles on Saturday.

Fuel for thought on social class: whole food, trader joe bags; lululemon, diamond rings, pony tails, and Canada Goose Expedition coats.

My assets got kicked!
