My assets got kicked!

Treadmill workout today was a 4.70 mile hard run. Today we did more hills than normal. Today I was holding a steady 7.0 speed for a minute. Actually I did it for a couple of one minute running. Note to self no drinking two glasses of wine before running on a Thursday a.m. I felt bloated this morning while running. I really have to get a hold on my nutrition. That will be my downfall. I’ll wait tomorrow(Friday) to go grocery shopping because Saturday is my second 20 miler.

Despite all of that , I held my own today. I was running around a 6.5 and at one point a 7.2 speed as we worked on inclines at levels 5.0, 3.5, 4.0, 2.5, and 1.0 . I know of feeling of running good and strong and not. Part of what “saved me” was resting on Wednesday. Wednesday should have be 8 mile a.m. run. I’ll run it on Friday.

I will give myself a high-five because it snowed today and I didn’t stay in. I made sure to dust off my car and take my time to get to Cambridge. Yay!
