Friday the 13th
5:45 a.m. Tabata class at The Cal-Zone! Yes. Yes. Yes. There was a good of 5 of us ready to workout it out. I love that the exercises we did are ones I need to help with my Runner’s Knee. I did take one aleve before going to class, which helped. It felt good to work the core and sweat a bit. Truth be told, I’m ready, I think to run. I want to run. I know I need to be patience. While I’ll wait, I’ll Tabata. :)
