Miles before the snow
This is going to be a double up Tuesday. Running in the a.m. and then cardio-boot camp in the evening. I wanted to get my 5 miles on Tuesday in before the snow and rain. This morning it was warm out, I was layered, and I ran slow. Once out and about it felt good to run. I felt even better knowing I completed 5 miles before the snow.
