10k humpday p.m. run

On the marathon training plan, Wednesday is an easy 6 miles. This morning it was raining, hardcore. Plus Tuesday was a double workout with running in the a.m. and then Cardio-bootcamp in the evening. The question was, should I or shouldn’t I run? I can take a break, right? It is January and it is 41 degrees. I feel like I had to capitalize on it while I can. I did. I ran 10k along Revere Beach. 5:15pm is so different from 5:15am. It feels different, smells different, looks different, and it’s louder. I pushed through and it. I’m glad I brought my headlight with me because it gets dark so fast.
