Last Sunday of January
Today 5.06 miles happened. I had a really good run this morning. I think part of it was eating right and having the correct amount of carbs last night. Rice, beans, and chicken. Oh and red wine. I didn’t start my run until 6:55a.m. There was light in the sky and it was 37 degrees out. Everything worked out. I was surprised that my body felt good and kept going because I ran 15 miles the day before. At one point in my run I had around an 8:57 min pace going. I guess training is working out. :) .
Tomorrow ( Monday) I’ll rest and we’ll continue with week 4 training
