Start of week #2 training
Week #2 of training is starting off running 13.1 miles in 16 degree Winter weather on a Sunday. I was super layered. I was warm and dry but I felt extra heavy with my layers and running in the cold. I meant to get up earlier to run so I can come home to change and get to church on time. Well that didn’t happen. My 13.1 miles took me longer than I thought. My end time was 2:13:00 mins. I would like to finish a half in 2 hours. I use to do that, not sure what I’m doing wrong. Not sure if it is the nutrition or hydration , but I’ll have to get some advise on that.
