Heart filled and Sunrise

Sunday I ran 10 miles, today, monday, I ran two. I wanted to run and go light because I have jury duty today and I may be inside for a long time. This morning I saw the moon leaving the sky and the sun starting  to rise.  And I was caught in the middle. In the twilight. I took the time to be with me and my thoughts before making a decision  on someone's life. This is why  I enjoy the peace  of the early morning.
