4 miler Monday

Last week of July! Damn,Damn, Damn. It's muggy, rocky, and cloudy. I know, Monday complaints. It was good to run along the water and see the city. To my surprise I saw two black women running in my neighborhood this morning! I've  never seen that in my hood. Hopefully I'll run into them again. yay
