7 mile Father's day
The sun and the heat came out today. My plan was to get up early, run 10 miles, go to church, and celebrate Father's day. I didn't leave my house until 6:30a.m. Sometimes you just can't get up or your body wants you to rest and stop and you have to listen.
I ran on revere beach because I thought it would be quiet. It wasn't quiet and it wasn't cool. The 10 miles I had planned turned into 7. I did run across the bridge over to lynn and ran into several community workers( me) who were cleaning up the area around the water. One guy had stopped and had his pants down to pee. I know the men and that man was shocked to see me on an early Sunday morning.
That was a morning shocker.
