Last 10k a.m. humpday of 2018
Tis the holiday, Christmas season. Now that Christmas is over everyone is starting the countdown to 2019. Since I took the last couple of days off, I thought I get back on the band wagon as we transition to a new year.
This morning I ran 6.23 miles along the Mystic Valley Reservation. I saw a couple of people working and two runners on the trail. It was a nice calm quiet of the morning. Because it is winter and still dark, I slept in and ran around 6:30a.m. instead of 5 ish. I was guided by moonlight, and the cars that were on their way to work, and my headlight. I even had new mittens to wear while running to keep my hands warm and they worked a lot better than my other gloves.
All was quiet on the last Wednesday run of 2018.
