Weights and mini Zumba Strong
Up at 4:45am for a 5:15am Weights and mini Zumba Strong. 50 minutes of waking up my body in all kinds of ways. What I learned is that doing weights first and then Cardio will help you get the most/highest performance in toning, strength, and weight loss.
With my 5:15am crew we activated all those muscles. Who knew by changing the position of your arms( closer to your body and going back instead of being out and wide) doing push-ups can make a whole hell of a differences. Talk about feeling the burn.
When Natalie, our instructor said get the heaviest weights possible, I knew we were all in for a morning ride.
