One mile at a time
We are kicking into the Fall season. This morning before 5:30am I saw several runners. One woman running with her dog, a man running by himself, a couple running, a young woman running. Clearly the fall running season has kicked in and the folks have started running in my morning space :).
I did make a rookie running mistake this a.m. by running down a dark street. I could have sworn the street was well lit but it wasn't. I know I ran a bit faster down that dark and foggy street.
Every mile is a different. One mile someone is doing a rolling... I'm not going to stop, stop. The other I'm seeing some big animal running in between the cars and I'm not knowing what that animal is. Another mile, a car decided to stop and let me run and another car wanted to get very close to me.
